see www.richmondgov.com and contact your councilperson's office for guides to city services & more. Many hotel lobbies have tourism info. and there are plenty of websites which can help you learn more too. Welcome to our fine city. Also, be sure to register to vote so you'll be able to participate on 11/4/08!
