refusal drug test

in Feb 05, 2006, I work for a truck company I had only been driving for about 1 year. The secatary gave me my paper and told me I was choosen. It was about 4:35pm and the drug place closed at 5:00pm and in the next town over about 45 minutes away. So I was going to go the first thing the next morning and was called by my boss to take a load early. Got back on Saturday the drug place is closed on weekend. When Monday morning the did the drug test and is negative. When straight to work and told him I just didn't the drug test. He thought the sectary gave me it early in that day and it was done then. The base company is out of conn. They said to terminate me. The company here explained what happen. They said they didn't want to hear it. fired. This company told me to put on other application: company policy for reason of termation. So I did. Company is now moved south and has different people working and now it shows up for drug refusal. SO I went thur the drug the classes.(never done drugs or drank in my life) So what do I put on my application I have to add that company on the application. Please help
