In need of a ball gown in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina

Our ball is NOV 21, 2008 and I am in need of a gown. I have two dresses on hand (both custom made) that can be either used as a pattern or altered to make something new. I am a very large girl, here are my measurements in inches:
Bust= 67 waist= 66 hip= 68.
