What are the top 3 traits or skills every satellite installer must have to excel?

Can you suggest any tips or insights to develop your satellite installer expertise?

punctual, good work ethics (to do the job correctly as your being paid to i.e grounding) and customer service skills.

be organized, time is money. If you dont have time to do it right the first time, you must have time to it right the second time???

The top three skills I think are crucial to be a successful installer are puctuality, honesty, and reliability.

Be on time every time. Don't lie or try to overcharge for extra items and or services. Do the job right the first time, even if it takes more time. This is very important because this will prevent any potential future revisits that could possibly cost you time and money.
