It's a scam folks...Why do you think they are hiring every week in every major city? Mega life insurance? That's like feeding your dogs Kibbles and Bits and acting like its good for them. What a terrible company.

In an effort not to offend, I have to ask myself if you really tried the system.

I have found that most disgutled folks are looking for a "GET RICH" scheme, and it just does not exist. Other than than folks born with a silver spoon, and even their families had to work first, you have to work to get ahead.

Take some accountability and admit you quit befor you gave it a chance, or maybe you didn't have all the information.

I've been a manager in the Mortgage Industry for 8 years and now would like to get into the Insurance business. NAA and others have been almost harassing me to come on board with them, but I want to make sure that I get the best opportunity. Although I have a borrower base, I still want leads. I need to continue to make a 6 figure income working fulltime. Do you have any advise for me?

Hello, I am not sure how old this comment is but I've been in the mortgage bus for 15 yrs. We have to add more products to our aresenal to survive, I agree. I was searching for ins to see what was avail and found this info. Have you looked into the Money Merge Account? It is a nice product if sold and represented properly.

If you are considering NAA. Please think again. I have seen retired couples spend their entire life savings on NAAs used leads and get nowhere. Happily married couples have divorced due to the financial difficulties this company has caused them. Families have lost their homes due to not being able to pay their bills. Yes, you can make $100,000 your first year but what does it matter if you spent $150,000 on leads and another $25,000 to travel. And don't forget the chargebacks you now owe due to the fact other NAA agents are so desparate to write business that they replaced your business with another product. The ONLY people making real money is the few that started at the beginning. They are making their money off the broke agents back. There are much better opportunities out there.

This guy is absolutely 100% correct! NAA is feeding off every single person they can ONLY to make those on TOP more and more money. NAA has destroyed our lives as well, and to top it all off...they are STILL trying to charge my credit card for Leads and chargebacks even though they have taken my "book of business" and are getting paid on MY residuals!! It doesn't matter if yo are with the DAVIES group or whoever...Do you and your family a favor and don't fall into this trap!! NAA needs to be stopped...I don't know if the Insurance Division can do anything about this, but something needs to be done. People...don't fall for their (NAA) excuses of why some people fail! They purposly do this to keep you interested or "Motivated".

Burned in Texas,

Do you realize what your are syaing? I have heard of people mortgaging thier house for large lotteries, but never for a small adventure like this. Now every company and every business adventure has its problems, and ther will always be unhappy people with any business. We did yo find the information on people losing thier homes? That is very serious, and now I am intrested. Keep in mind every insurance company has charge back that are commission base only, and you have to pay your lead bill at any company. I used to work for an insurance 1 year ago and I just received a bill for a charge back. That is the nature of the business, and annuities can kill you on charge backs. My heart goes out to you, but not everybody has had such a bad turn of events with NAA.

Yes I do realize what I am saying. I was involved with NAA for 3 1/2 years. I will also let you know that I was probably the biggest fan of NAA for the first two years. Then I got into Agency Manager and learned the truth. Why do you think its important to spend money on unicom, masters club, convention, MP3s etc? Who do you think is making a fortune? Not that I have a problem with someone above me making money, thats what business is all about. But you don't sell bad leads, used leads over and over again. THEY MAKE THEIR MONEY ON THE BACKS OF BROKE AGENTS AND MAKE THEM THINK THEY ARE ONE RECRUIT SHORT FROM BEING THE NEXT MILLIONAIRE. Take a look at the leader boards sometime. Its the same people every week doing the numbers. No one that I know of mortgaged their home however, they "burned their bridge" and then could not pay their bills. I have seen numerous people lose their homes and their spouse. Chargebacks are a norm in this business, however, the NAA rule is...don't replace a NAA agents policy. I had an entire team running into other NAA agents in the home. Funny, those other agents were from my uplines direct group.

I think we all realize that not "everybody" has their bad turn of events with NAA...obviously the ones that started with this company do not. I know of a guy that was writing a lot of business with NAA and was talking to me about how he thought he was making a lot UNTIL he took a look at ALL of his expenses and he ended up with LESS THAN $10,000 IN HIS POCKET by the end of the year. His Gross was near $100,000! How does this happen? Well, one way is by convincing people to keep purchasing RECIRCULATED leads and GUESS where the GOOD leads go? To those they WANT them to go to. NAA has TOTAL control of the leads system and if you're not one of their "favorites" then they will USE you to make money off you and FORCE you out of the company by draining your bank account.
I know of MANY people PERSONALLY that this has happened to with NAA.

I have been with since the beginning.... and the MO is to blame you for EVERYTHING wrong with your money problems.... We owe MONEY to them, the IRS, and many others. If we had questions... we were told to recruit get wide IT is CRAZY there is or the HAS TO BE more to this. I have been searching for it... and yeah some may say that it is in my face... but if no one is guiding me on how to apply the knowledge... what is the point of having the knowledge. Someone I am very VERY close to has been with NAA since the beginning,,, and she has been a top producer announced on stage... featured on conference calls, and done many many training seminars on how to place business. She knows what she is doing. However... here she is broke and the others in her upline's org are as well.... but the upline is on the millionaire trip every year.... hmmmm she is finally starting to see what it is I have been so lovingly trying to point out to her for so long. She has professed her loyalty to NAA many times... but she is not ignorant to the lead practices. It is more than obvious. She is heart broken but convinced that she has to make a move. She has kids and a house and bills. She has to do what is right for her... as do all of you... but there are thousands of blogs out there about this stuff... and they say why do you want to hear from the people that did not succeed with NAA why not learn from those that are succeeding... here is why... they have gotten really good... like an abusive boyfriend... at convincing people that their failures are completely their fault and that they are not to blame. You decide

No it really does mean that 100k went in to your bank account... however... after expenses... it is not that. I wrote over 140k and had a team writing business too... Actually made 120k in my bank... but the expenses were more that 2/3 that. Could be I was not good at managing expenses... but who knows.

Thank you all for helping me to make an informed decision.

As with most MLM-based 'businesses' NAA appears to be a typical pointless venture which benefits few, and injures many.

The old adage stating 'anything which looks to good to be true, probably is', can easily be invoked here.

Having been in the industry and experienced a small modicum of success, I am absolutely certain, there is no substitute for hard work, however, there is also prerequisite for certain levels of integrity amongst the up line in the organization. Unfortunately, as with most MLM systems, it is typically the folks at the 'tip' of the pyramid, who are reaping the greatest benefit, and continuously churning through 'fresh' salespeople in an effort to maintain solid overrides.

Too bad. Almost looked like a viable opportunity. Good luck to all, please do your own research before committing to a proposal such as that offered by NAA. Thanks.

Trust me folks. What you hear right here is the truth. I know Greg Douglas. He is an incredible producer. I was a producer with NAA, but have not had the level of success that I should have. I recently found out that they triple and quadruple sell these $20 to $30 leads, when they are supposed to be exclusive. They lied and told us they were losing money generating these leads, when in fact they were making millions. It is true that the ones at the top keep getting richer, and we are making them that way. This is an incredible business model, that is a fact. There is money to be made doing this type of work. There is a huge market that is untouched. There is also an opportunity available right now to get in on the ground floor of a company. The founders are very familiar with how to make this business work. They also have integrity, which is one thing that NAA and the leaders of the company no longer have. If you want to know how, email me at naascams@live.com. Good luck to all.

To the Real Greg Douglas,

Since you are in the discussion now.

Is it true that $20 A leads are sold to 3 or 4 agents at the same time. Or even 2 agents?

What % of your revenue is used for leads and travelling expenses?

What percentage of leads are you scheduling for an appointment?

Thanks in advance for the insight.

I'm not Greg Douglas but I'm another agency manager. Yes A leads are sold to more than one agent. As far as revenue goes for leads and traveling...I spent over 36k on leads last year and easily 15k on travel.-not a good ratio! As far as scheduling appts.-everyone does it differently some agents schedule their own appts( all depends how good you are on the phone) and some have appt setters (another expense) My advice either go with a company where the leads are exclusive to you forever or go with a company that sets appts for you and you only pay for the actual appts set! I'm sure that when NAA started the intentions were pure, but unfortunately greed got in the way as success grew.
